Our Team
RPCC's staff includes a full-time director, a team of teachers, and a part-time bookkeeper/administrative assistant. Our teaching staff comes to RPCC with a variety of educational and teaching experiences. All of our teachers meet or exceed the qualifications set by the Massachusetts Office of Childcare Services and have been trained in early childhood education, first aid, and infant/child CPR. Our teachers’ ongoing professional development is fostered through both staff training days at the school and participation in external workshops and seminars. To supplement the experience offered by our full-time teaching staff, RPCC works with specialists to offer additional activities in areas such as music and movement.
